Despite all this, i still think it's a good movie, it still does some things really well regardless and the casting was PERFECT, same for the visuals. The casting and sets and visuals were also very very well done, Some characters like Thimbletack and Hogsqueal sounded exactly how i imagined them when reading the books before the movie came out, Unfortunately the movie does leave out a lot of amazing moments and creatures like ELVES, DWARVES, DRAGONS and many other, the entire 4rth book is left out completely, the books were also a little more Gothic. ![]() As a HUGE fan of the books i think the movie is a whole bunch of Ok.I was rather dissapointed at the time it came out, HOWEVER the film DID also do some things better, like making the kids around 13 instead of 9-10. ![]()
