Scroll back up and open the new folder you made "Fallout 4 Backup EXE" right click and paste the Fallout 4 exe program into that folder. Next scroll down in the game folder until you find the Fallout4.exe (not the Fallout4Launcher!) you can tell the Fallout4.exe mainly by its size of 65mb.
